Sharks Game Day: December 15th
Tonight the Worcester Sharks (San Jose Sharks) will travel down to Connecticut’s capital to take on the Hartford Wolf*Pack (New York Rangers). This will be the 4th meeting of the season between these two division foes. The last meeting took place on December 8th at the DCU Center as Hartford defeated the Sharks by the score of 3-1. Worcester is currently 1-1-1-0 against the Wolf*Pack this season.
Players to watch for:
WORCESTER: Grant Stevenson, Graham Mink, & Patrick Traverse
HARTFORD: Ryan Callahan, Daniel Girardi, & Marvin Degon
NOTICE: Today the Sharks traded away defensemen Mathieu Biron to the Montreal Canadians for defensemen Patrick Traverse. Traverse signed a contract with the Sharks in the summer but was picked up off waivers when they tried to send him back to Worcester during training camp. Patrick lives in Grafton, MA.
Former UMASS defensemen, Thomas Pock, is currently on a two week conditioning stint with the Wolf*Pack.
